CSO Raymond Murphy Presents 2022 Award for Geospatial Survey Excellence Awards at TU Dublin

CSO Raymond Murphy Presents 2022 Award for Geospatial Survey Excellence Awards at TU Dublin

At Murphy Geospatial, we take great pride in supporting the next generation of talent within our industry and endeavour to make a difference whenever possible. We were pleased once again to attend the Technological University’s Geospatial Survey Excellence Awards, represented by CSO Raymond Murphy. It is a huge honour to be involved in the showcase year on year, particularly when the calibre of students seems ever-increasing.

On December 1st, Raymond found himself back in Bolton Street, Dublin to meet some of TU’s brightest stars and celebrate their incredible achievements. Based on his excitement after the event, we have no doubt that this year’s graduates will go on to do excellent work for our industry and drive the geospatial sector toward a bright future.

TU Dublin has become a leader in STEM disciplines and a hub for developing new talent in these sectors. As a company that takes pride in supporting future leaders in the geospatial field, we’re committed to our partnership with TU and will continue to support their awards programme. We hope to continue this meaningful relationship with the university in the years to come and look forward to watching their talented students make a difference to the world around them.

Murphy Geospatial sponsored the award for Best Dissertation, and it is with great pride that Raymond presented this year’s winner – Layan Sulaimani. A gifted graduate, Sulaimani also had the honour of receiving the prize for Best Student. Everyone here wishes her all the best for her future career – there are certainly great things on the horizon.

The awards ceremony was a fantastic way to draw 2022’s event schedule to a close. Congratulations to all of the students who have graduated this year, and thank you to TU Dublin for welcoming us back for this event.
